When I'm trying to send the call to the voice mail, it has a long explanation of the call, with this app, I can't, because the app is covered with an add!!! So it is impossible to send it to voice mail. When this happens, it is useless to used, because the add covers it all, makes it impossible to use. It enables the caller to continue calling us. If we can't get to the controls at all, with thj adds in the way, At lease it smaller, so we can used the controls to allows us send it to voicemail.

We're sorry to hear this - please send us an email so we can get more information. Ads should never be covering interface elements so we'd like to identify and ban the offending ad. Thank you!

Good tool to help track repetitive callers and eventually block them. I've used it on my 6 year old Samsung Note 3, but doesn't work on my New Samsung Note 10, receive error trying to block. Error reporting turned on, report sent to Dev. This app is not very good at identifying these robo callers. Too many of them call again and again and are never marked as nefarious. I feel we are losing this battle until someone can get serious about stopping this. Thanks for trying to help!!

Does not work well with Talkback. Double clicking a number results only in the blurp sound indicating that the click was received, but the app doesn't switch to the information screen. To lookup a number, a blind user needs to long click the number and click the copy option. It is then necessary to open the appp drawer (top right corner) and select manual entry. It is then necessary to long click the edit box, click clipboard and, select paste and finally, click the search button. Not exactly user friendly. After all that, the information is rather sparse, but one can use one of the browser search mechanisms to get more detailed information. With all that copy and paste stuff, the only advantage in this app is that it imports unidentified calls from the call log, which is handy if you don't have to use a screen reader. Given the need for blind users to do all that copy and paste stuff, my preference is for the Orave Technologies app, especially since it provides significantly more caller information.
