Although the app does not require any user account to be created, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name , and email address(“Personal Information”). The App may access your saved contacts only for purposes required for the proper functionality of the App such as matching incoming calls and filtering out already known callers from the App’s main screen. In addition, the App may transmit the phone numbers that make up your search queries to remote servers belonging to Nomadic Ratio and our partners solely for the purpose of completing your search request. These results are anonymous as no identifying data is transferred with the associated queries. If users choose to post comments regarding search results, we store the user’s IP address and their chosen username along with their comment. Users also have the option of submitting their comment using an anonymous username. If users choose to sign up for our email newsletter from a prompt in the app or on the site, we will provide that data to our email management partner.
