Caller claimed that I had won a $9000 grant from the federal government. Yeah, right!

I have received numerous calls from this UNSCRUPLOUS FRADULENT SCAMMER (253-210-6601) over the past several weeks and I have told them several times to STOP CALLING ME and to REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THEIR CALL LISTS but they keep calling with a different scam each time they call. Unfortunately, the Federal Government (my elected officials in Washington) and the Federal Trade Commission (Do Not Call Registry) don't seem to do anything to stop this scum!!!!!
