I am noticing that calls come in on local number then seem to switch..i got some man could hardly talk english called me Mom.. and starting saying about my utility.. WHERE IS THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST>>i am on it and it is worthless.. i get calls from sellers to scams related to computer again foreign and also from politicans who bug the hell out of you at election time to the tune of 10 calls a day including the mayor, judges governors and ex governor of pa and phila.
