I receive daily calls from Carmen. She says to press 1 to lower your credit card interest and or press 3 to stop receiving further calls. I always press 3 but the calls keep coming. This has been going on for months. I pressed 1 this morning to inform the operator to take me off of their phone list. The man asked me it I had a credit card balance. I responded honestly and said yes. He then said, "that is why you are receiving these calls dude." Then hung up on me!
