Staff are VERY rude. They are bill collectors. They ask very invasive questions and will not respond to any questions asked of them.

the female caller was rude, wanting me to verify personal information, and refused to say what it was regarding, or who she really was! I believe it was a bill collection agency!! Don't bother to answer if you want to stay in a good mood!!
