Received a VoiceMail from (413) 232-1532 on 28SEP2018, from the W. Stockbridge, MA area. It was a Robocaller voice stating: "Custody by local 'Cops' as there are four serious allegations 'Pressed' on your name at this moment we would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this 'Case' before taking any 'Legal' action against you the number to reach us is: 413-232-1532" There is a hint of a poor understanding of the English language, and\or a bad translator App. The second point is the poor understanding of US Laws. Scam is Most Likely.

Robo-call informing me that there was a serious matter requiring my attention with the IRS. and to call them back at 413-232-1532 or the local "cops" would arrest me.  The grammatical issues with the phone message were funny and the use of the word "cops" was very funny.   However, I would give it a zero for intimidation.
