This is a scam and they are NOT a legitimate debt collection agency. If you google Phillips Reinhart And Associates you will get hundreds of hits saying the same thing.
If you do decide to call them ask for Rebecca, at least she has a sexy voice you can under stand. Rob however is not as nice but they are very convincing in keeping up the pretense that they are "legitimate" debt collector's. If you actually call the KY Reinhart and associates, yes they use that too, you will talk ot the legimate law firm and they will tell you they are NOT doing this.
also if you check teh address for Philips you will find it is a used car lot !!
But hey talk to Rebecca because she loves to talk sexy and dirty. she will say whatever it takes to get you information even promising things any rational man woudl know she will not do. But liek I said she has one sexy African-American voice. Always have to say something nice about people.
