I am a Medical Assistant at California Dermatology Care in Hercules. At work I received a call from 510-215-1439 at 3:35pm. I was however taking care of patients at the time. I am from Sacramento with a 916 area code number so for me receiving any calls with a 510 area code is odd other than my work. I called the number back and it pretty much stated that "the call could not be completed as dialed, and to consult a directory and call again. Or ask operator for assistance. This is a recording." Then it would ring and then state "This call cannot be completed as dialed and to check the number and try calling again".
