Claims to be a wireless caller from Austin, TX. When I call back I get "Per this subscriber incoming calls are not allowed". The person who called tried to drop names from across my company to get me to talk to him. As if they were referred to me. Struggled to form the conversation and sounded as if he was new to using call books.
