hung up, no msg, assumed spam

My friend got a call threatening her to pay $. She was told if she didn't pay she would be arrested, would have to hire a lawyer, etc.... The caller told her they couldn't accept pymt by cc or debit, that she had to go to Walmart and get a money order; the woman on the phone told her she would be on the phone with her when she was at Walmart, so she could direct her on how to have the procedure done.

I had the punk on the other end cussing me proving he was a little punk criminal
