This is a bank for Palais Royal/Bealls/Stage stores. They cannot help you, they can only harass you. Any disputes of charges you have, you will have to call corporate of THAT store and dispute (such as when you get charged for magazine subscriptions you did not want). I had to battle them for over a year now, and guess what? The worthless bank is still trying to get me to pay the fees and late charges from when Palais Royal allowed a 3rd party to make a charge to that card. NOT HAPPENING. I hope for complete and utter bankruptcy for these stores and community (my ass) bank. I will die owing late fees and charges EVEN THOUGH THE MAGAZINE COMPANY REVERSED THEIRS. SCUM!
