These people are harrassing me with phone call concerning bladder mesh sling surger, which I have told them conuntless times I have never had. They claim to work for an Attorneys office. I have blocked their calls on my cell phone now they are calling my home phone. Not sure how I can stop them or who I can contct to shut them down. Any help would be advisible as I am sick of these people. They are always hindu-Indian people.

This is just another offshore scam, using a spoofed telephone number identified as New York NY in my case. Don't even bother to answer it. What you can do is pick up the phone, maintain silence until the second click and the in-house dial tone, then hang up. This will tell their computer that yours is not a functional number and eventually the auto-dialer will remove it.
