DO NOT PICKUP! ROBO CALLER and worst kind.. calls and see's if someone picks up so they know it's a "live number" so they can turn around and sell your number to spammers as working "live numbers" they never leave a message and just want to know the number is being used by a real person and if you call them back you usually hit you with hidden fee's on your phone bill so they win either way. UNLESS you just don't pick up, mark number as spam and block number... it's the only way to beat them..
