Keith never gave over a key, stole items worth approximately $350 in value, and harassed me about a prior physical assault and police color of law violations under federal complaint, by 29-YR-OLD JOSEPH JEANROCK DUBOIS, VIENNA VA. keith and Christina even stole food, about $50, and talked constantly about their money problems.
