Verizon wireless customer support verified this number is a scam. Do not give any personal information or financial numbers. They are in no way associated with Verizon Wireless, but state that they are. When I questioned the female calling me she stated that she was in the Verizon debt collections. I told her she needs to be careful who she works for, they obviously have her calling people trying to scam them out of money. She then hung up on me. If the number calls you, Verizon said to block it and give them a call directly. They somehow have account information, as far as how much, I don't know.
