I have succeeded in the past in getting scammers number shut down by their carrier. I know is only a temporary fix, but it does inconvenience them and stop them from harassing people for a little while. America's Healthcare Registry is the company name. Local Access Network, LLC is listed as the carrier providing service. Please log on to the FTC site and file a complaint.
