Well, it’s good to see you here! Back on March 4th, our data host suffered an outage due to a failed system update which knocked us offline for several days. The outage took our site offline completely and also caused slow performance in our apps in some circumstances. After a lot of work and little sleep, we are happy to be back online. We believe all services should be back to normal at this point, but we will be monitoring things going forward in case there are any lingering effects that need to be dealt with.
We sincerely apologize for this outage and any inconvenience it may have caused.
In the midst of all this, we were also busy publishing the latest update to Reverse Lookup. That update is now live on the Play Store and will be rolling out to all users within the next few weeks. Please ensure that you have auto updates turned on in the Play Store in order to receive the update as quickly as possible.
